     Smoked Salmon Appetizer Cups

Ingredients
250 g. cream cheese
1/2 lb smoked salmon
4 Tbps fresh dill or 4 tsp dry dill
salt and pepper
3 - 4 soft tacos cut into quarters (12-16 pieces)
 

Instructions
Cut soft tacos into guarters.
Brush quarters on both side with olive oil.
Push quarters into muffin tin. Brown in oven at 350 F for about 5 minutes
Combine cream cheese, salmon and dill (salt and pepper). Fill browned cup with mixture. Bake another 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Could use baby muffin tins for a smaller cup size.
