Combine eggs, water, flour, and salt in blender; blend until smooth.
Heat a 10-inch nonstick frying pan and lightly oil pan. Ladle 1/2 cup of batter into pan and quickly turn pan so batter coats bottom completely. Cook on one side until top is dry, about one minute. Lightly oil pan before cooking each crepe.
