1 (12 oz/24 count) can snails, drained
|

1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) butter
|
|
2 small cloves garlic, minced
|
|
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
|

French Bread

Instructions |
|
|
Rinse snails under cold water, drain well, and set aside.
|
|
|
Mix butter, garlic and parsley
|
|
|
Put a bit of the mixture and a snail in each shell. Seal snails in with remaining butter mixture.
|
|
|
Arrange shells, open side up, in baking pan. Bake at 500° oven for 7 minutes and butter is bubbling.

Serve with french bread.
