     Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
3 cans black beans-rinsed and drained
1 can mexican corn-rinsed and drained
4 Roma tomatoes-chopped
1 green tomato-chopped
2 tomatillos-chopped
1 sweet onion-chopped
1/3 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 Tbl lime juice
1 Tbl red wine vinegar
 
1 mango-chopped
2 jalapeno peppers- chopped (with or without seeds)
1 red bell pepper-chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 avacado- chopped (add berfore you serve)

Instructions
Mix all ing. together-thoroughly in a large mixing bowl- use hands so you do not damage the black beans. Cover and chill overnight. Taste and add salt, pepper or more lime juice if necessary. Add avacado before you serve!
Serving Suggestions
Tortilla chips as appetizer or grilled chicken
