Mix cup of butter, white and brown sugars with a hand mixer; add and beat the vanilla and eggs
|

Stir in the flour, soda, salt and sour cream; after mixing add walnuts, oatmeal and M&Ms; Refrigerate over night
|

|
|
Do not grease large cookie sheets. Roll a full teaspoon of dough in your hands (if sticky roll in a bit of flour). Press down a little to use rest of bag of M&Ms to decorate top of cookies - maybe 3 each one
|
|
|
|
Bake 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly tanned
