Preheat oven to broil and lightly coat a broiling
pan with oil. Soak mushrooms in 2 cups of boiling
water for 20 minutes, strain and chop, set liquid
aside.
In a bowl, mix garlic, yogurt, tumeric, and salt.
Coat each chicken breast with mixture and let sit
for 30 minutes.
In a skillet, saute' mushroom, celery, onion,
cabbage, and carrot for 4 minutes. Add reserved
liquid and add parsley. Let cook for several
minutes. Place chicken under broiler and cook for 5
minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and serve with vegetables.
