     Cauliflower with lemon-tahini sauce

Ingredients
i head of cauliflower
.25 cup tahini
.5 tsp garlic powder
.25 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Steam cauliflower 9-10 minutes
Mix tahini, garlic, and salt until no lumps remaining. Mix in oil, then lemon juice, and a tbsp of water. Allow sauce to sit for a few minutes, then mix again. Add i tbsp more of water for a thinner sauce.
Spoon cauliflower to serving plates and spon sauce over cauliflower. Top with parsley
