Ingredients
1 c. taboule grain (cous cous)
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. mint leaves, chopped
1/2 c. parsley leaves, chopped
1/2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
lemon juice
olive oil
salt
 
pepper
lettuce leaves

Instructions
Soak taboule grain in water for one hour.
Break up with fork. Add mint, parsley, tomatoes, and cucumber. Mix well.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves.
