1/2 lb. oleo -- melted
|
|
1 2/3 c sugar -- or Splenda
|
|
20 oz crushed pineapple - undrained
|
|
1 pinch cinammon
|
|
1 pinch nutmeg
|

4 cups bread cubes
|
|
salt & pepper to taste
|

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350 & grease 8x10 baking pan
|
|
|
Mix oleo, sugar, pineapple, salt, pepper & spices.
|
|
|
Place bread crumbs in greased pan and pour pineapple mixture over top
|
|
|
Bake 45 min. or until set in center. If bottom browns to fast, cover with foil until it sets. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
