     Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients
1 two to three pound chicken
2 cups all purpose flours
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup hot chicken broth
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook chicken on with water and salt and pepper on low until done De-bone chicken or pull apart breasts and keep warm to return to mix Keep broth as well
Sift 2 cups of flour with baking powder Make a small well in the middle of flour/ powder mixture and add 1 cup of hott chicken stock Mix well with a fork then use hands Add 1 egg and do again
Knead dough together into ball. Separate dough into 4 - 5 small balls and roll as thin as possible Put strips back into BOILING broth and let simmer for approx 15 minutes
Return chicken meat back to broth and season to taste Let simmer 10 min together
