     Perfect Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix (do not mix as directed)
1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice
FROSTING
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juices (discard 1/2 of juice
1-7 oz. box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1-12 oz. container of fat free cool whip topping
 

Instructions
CAKE Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9X13 pan with Pam. Mix cake mix and pineapple with a mixer until well blended. Spread evenly in greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
FROSTING In microwave bowl add brown sugar and pineapple. Microwave about 40 seconds or long enough to dissolve sugar. Add pudding mix and cool whip to mixture. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate.
When cake is completely cool, put icing on. Keep cake refrigerated.
