     Escalloped Corn

  milk, water or juice box at my house.

Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can whole corn kernels (drained)
1 can cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
 

Instructions
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl - my kids love helping make this.
Pour into greased casserole dish - but DO NOT let the kids get their hands on the PAM spray. Made that mistake once....
Use a 9x13 pan for crusty brown style or a 9x9 pan for a softer style.
Bake for 45-60 minutes depending upon what size dish you use. We do 9X13 and I cut it into sqaures and garnish with parsley.
Serving Suggestions
My kids love to make this and then have it as a side with dinner.
