     Honey mustard chicken kabobs

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 small zucchines
4 small yellow squash
4 oz small fresh mushrooms
Glaze-
3/4 c honey
1/2c prepared mustard
1/4 c water
 
2 T soy sauce
2 T cornstarch
1 T cider vinegar

Instructions
Cut chicken, squash and peppers in 1 inch pieces; thread along with mushrooms alternately onto skewers. In a saucepan, combine glaze ingredients; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute or until thickened. Grill the kabobs over hot grill for 10 minutes turnig often. Brush with glaze- grill until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
