1 (29 oz) can diced tomatoes

10.5 oz chicken broth
|
|
2 TBS butter
|

2 TBS white sugar
|

1 TBS chopped onion

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup fat free half and half
|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large stock pot mix tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar,
onion and baking soda. Simmer for 1 hour
|
|
|
Warm half and half, but do not scorch. Once heated through, add to
tomato soup and serve.
