     (OZ) EASY CHEESEY BURGER MAC

Ingredients
1 cup MACARONI (dry)
1/2 lb. GROUND BEEF
1 can Campbell's CHEDDAR CHEESE soup
1/2 - 1 medium ONION - chopped
1 small can sliced MUSHROOMS - well drained
GARLIC POWDER to taste
(optional) SALT
 

Instructions
Boil macaroni 8-10 minutes. Drain, rinse well, and return to pot. Meanwhile, scramble and brown hamburger, drain off grease, salt, and add to pot.
Add cheese, onion, and mushroom and heat on medium, stirring often until heated through, mixing in garlic to taste (and salt if necessary). Serve.
For an interesting alternative, prepare above recipe, remove from heat, and stir in 1/2 - 1 can well-drained seasoned diced tomatoes with diced green chilies.
