Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Servings   2
Preptime   30 minutes

Ingredients
2 PORK CHOPS
2 -3 Lg. RED DELICIOUS APPLES
1 Tbl. real BUTTER
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
SALT
1 box Stove-Top PORK STUFFING - prepared

Instructions
Melt butter in skillet and pan-fry pork chops until done, seasoning with salt, garlic, and onion. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing per package directions.
Core and slice apples into 8 pieces each. Do NOT peel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line casserole dish with stuffing, placing chops on top. Top all with apple slices.
Bake at 4oo for about 20 minutes. Discard apple skins and any remaining large chunks of apple. Mix stuffing before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with veggie of choice (I prefer Corn-On-The-Cob or else drained canned Corn, fried in Butter.)
