     Hungarian Beef Stew

Ingredients
4 medium potates, peeled and quartered
1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves or more,minced
2 cans (15.5 oz. )white cannellini beans, do not drain
1 large can collage beef broth
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Place the potatoes in the bottom of a crockpot. On top of the potatoes put the garlic, then the onion, beef stew meat and white beans.
Stir together the broth, water, paprika,salt and pepper in a small bowl until the mixture is well blended and smooth. Pour mixture over the ingredients already in the crockpot.
Cover the crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours. Check now and again to see if liquid is needed, add water if necessary.
