Stir together pork and next 3 ingredients. Palce 1 tortilla in a hot lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with 1/4 c cheese and spoon 1/2 c pork mixture on half the tortilla. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts. Fold tortilla in half over the filling ; transfer to serving plate.
