     Cutlet Salsa

Ingredients
About 4 Bell Peppers
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 can anchovies
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 cloves garlic
 

Instructions
Cut bell peppers into pieces, saute in olive oil with garlic.
Add can of anchovies (squich it into a paste on the bottom of the pan). Add ketchup and vinegar. If it is too thick, add some water.
Simmer for about 5 to 10 Minutes.
Eat with Chicken or veal cutlets.
