     Greek Antipasto Platter

Ingredients
32 Ounces Feta Cheese, divided
2 Tomatoes, Cut into 8ths
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Red Onion, Sliced
1 Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 Jar Kalamata Olives
1 Jar Peperoncini Peppers
1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers
1 Loaf Baguette, Sliced
 
12 Pita Wedges
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1.2 Teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
Arange pita and baguette slices around the edge.
In large bowl combine 1 Cup feta the rest of the ingredients and stil. Pour over the top of the breads and sprinkle with remaining feta.
Serve Immediately
