In large bowl mix-
2 c sugar and 2 cup flour
set aside
In saucepan melt-
stick butter
cocoa, veg. oil, water.
Bring to boil, stirring often.
Pour into sugar/flour mix and stir well.
In separate bowl beat-
2 eggs, buttermilk, soda and 1 tsp vanilla.
Pour into other bowl and mix well.
Bake in greased and floured 12x17 jelly roll sheet pan
400 for 20 minutes.
Make frosting last 4 minutes
In saucepan melt-
milk, butter until boiling,
add 1 box c. sugar and 1 cups nuts (optional) and 1 tsp vanilla.
Frost cake right out of oven.
