Cover bone with water. Bring to boil and simmer 2-3 hours.
Drain with colander-pick out pieces of mean and discard fat and bones and icky pieces.

Put meat in juice and add other ingredients.
Boil until tender.
|

|
Other ingredients can be added as you have them and recipe doubled or tripled to meet the crowd.
