     Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
2 loafs lightly toasted bread-break into chunks
warm milk
1 cup butter
7-8 medium onions-chopped.
2 lbs sausage-cooked and drained
Sage, salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cook onions in butter. Put toast in bowl, sprinkle with sage. Mix in cooked sausage-toss until mixed. Mix in cooked onions. Put in milk to mix and toss together. If mushy...add more toast! If dry...add more milk! sprikle with sage while tossing.
Stuff bird or cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
Add ingredients to taste-apples, celery, cranberries, walnuts etc.
Serving Suggestions
This is the original recipe. I probably use 5-6 loafs of bread 3 lbs of sausage and a LOT of sage!
