     (OZ) SALSA FRESCA (Pico de Gallo)

3 small vine-ripened TOMATOES - diced
1/2 small WHITE ONION - chopped
1/2 large JALAPENO - cleaned and minced
3 Tbl. fresh chopped CILANTRO
2 teas. (from jar) MINCED GARLIC
fresh-squeezed LIME JUICE (1/2 lime)
sprinkle of SALT

Do not substitute. Combine all. Mix well. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a dip for tortilla chips, with Mexican food, or as a topping for eggs, fish, or chicken.
