Start from soaking the fish on vinegar and salt for 15 mnts.
Fry onions on a pan until golden brown. take them out and put them aside

Blend the tomatoes, garlic,with some water. On a deep cooking pot add the blend and all the rest of the ingridients except yogurt and cook sauce for 20 mnts.

|
Add the yogurt and water.
|
|
|
On a fry pan fry the fish until brown both sides, add to the masala
|

Squezze lemon on top and garnish with cilantro, serve with rice.
