bottom layer- 1/2 C. Commidity Pinto Beans
Next Layer- 1/2 C. Spanish Rice
Next Layer- 3.5 oz. Of cooked Seasoned Pork.
( Mix pork with green salsa verde to taste)
Fold flour tortilla into quaters and lay on top.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro
All of this is to be done per serving in a plastic bowl.
