     Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
4 Ounces Goat Cheese, Crumbled
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
2 Teaspoons Parsley
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
16 Dried Dates, Cut in Half, Pits Removed
 

Instructions
Combine goat cheese, garlic, parsley and salt. Mix well with fork.
Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into each date half.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Serve at room temperature.
