     Kadai Paneer

Ingredients
1 Onion
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Teaspoon Tomato Puree / Concentrate
1/2 Capsicum Cubed
Paneer Cubed
2 Teaspoon Corainder Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
Chilli Powder
Turmeric Powder
 
1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions
Fry paneer in little oil and drain and keep aside. Chop onions and saute in oil. Let it cool. Blend in mixie with 1 green chilli. Add oil in pan, add the blended fried onion mixture, Ginger Garlic Paste and fry till raw smell of Ginger Garlic goes away. Add tumeric Powder, Coriander powder, Garam Masala, Chilli powder, salt and fry. Add tomato puree, capsicum and fry for 2 mins and add fried paneer, fry and add chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minuites until it tomatoes are cooked and becomes saucy. Add water if to be made as a curry. Add 1 tablespoon of double cream and stir.
