Combine the egg yolks, yogurt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
Stir in oats and cornmeal,
then add the margarine/butter and stir again.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat well, then cover the bowl and let the mixture
sit for 15 minutes.
Preheat the waffle iron.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into
the mixture. If the batter is too thick, add 1 or 2
tablespoons of milk. Cook in the waffle iron; makes
6 waffles.
