     Chicken Parmesan Burgers

Ingredients
2 3 Ounce Square Chibatta Rolls
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Pound Ground Chicken
1/3 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Maranara Sauce, divided
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper
 
1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
8 Basil Leaves

Instructions
Preheat Broiler. Cut Rolls in half and place cut side up on a broiler pan and broil for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Remove from oven and rub each slice with garlic clove, set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl combine chicken 1/3 Cup maranara sauce and spices. Divide into 2 portions and shape each one into a 1/4 inch thick patty. Heat oven proof skillet ove med-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add patties to pan and cook for 3 minutes. Turn Patties over and place in oven for 8-10 minutes. Top each patty with 2 tablespoons cheese and bake 1 minute longer.
Layer bottom half of each roll with 2 basil leaves, 1 patty and 1 Tablespoon maranara, 2 basil leaves and roll top.
