Ingredients
1 Cup Couscous, cooked according to directions
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
1/2 Cup Chopped Red or Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
 

Instructions
In a large skillet Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add cooked couscous and salt and pepper, stir well.
