|
Add butter,onion,and garlic to a pan and saute on med-low until onions are soft.

Add wine and shrimp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
|
|
|
Stirring often, boil until cooked through. Plate shrimp and boil liquid another few minutes until reduced in half. Pour contents of pan over shrimp. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper (if desired) and sprinkle generously with chives.

This can be served as an appetizer or served over pasta for an entree. Also, try substituting Bay Scallops for the Shrimp.
