While chicken is marinating, bring chicken broth to a boil (a cup of water may be necessary to cover pasta adequately); season with remaining 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and black pepper. Once boiling, add pasta and 1/8-1/4 cup lemon juice and cook on medium. (If too much pasta, bring remaining pasta to boil in water in separate sauce pan)
While pasta is cooking, grill chicken in lightly greased pan stove-top, flipping until lightly browned/grilled.

Allow pasta to soak up broth mixture (If cooking extra pasta in water, drain in strainer when finished and add to pasta being cooked in broth)
Once all liquid has been soaked in, add 3/4 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp lemon juice to pasta. Cook on low for about 5 minutes.
