     Spinach Lentil Patties

Ingredients
1 can of Lentils
1 package of frozen spinach
diced onion
garlic
curry powder
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
flour
 

Instructions
Saute spinach, onions and garlic for a few minutes to give it a little bit of a crispy taste
Blend 1/2 of of the canned beans into a paste, so everything will stick together. Add in sauteed spinach an onion.
Make little patties (or a couple big ones if you want to have a burger party)
Heat up a pan with a little oil inside, fry each side of the patty for a few minutes until golden. Remove excess oil with a paper towel
