Peanut Butter Cookies

Servings		3 1/2 dz

Ingredients

	1/2 cup peanut butter
	1/2 cup soften shortening
	1/2 cup sugar
	1/2 cup brown sugar
	1/2 tsp baking soda
	1 egg beaten


Instructions


Pre heat oven to 350. In large bowl mix (with mixer) at med speed.


Drop by tbsp 2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.


Bake 12 to 15 min.
