     Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pkg frozen peaches (or canned, drained)
1 can peach pie filling
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar over the fruit and set aside.
Mix the remaining cup sugar, flour, milk and baking powder; stir into melted butter.
Spoon fruit on top of crust mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour, or until crust is light brown.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on crust while still warm.
