Heat up waffle iron.
|
|
|
In a blender place egg whites through to nutmeg.
Blend until smooth. You may have to scrape down the
edges and blend again.

|
Spray waffle iron top and bottom with cooking spray.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to
waffle maker instruction.
|
|
|
Batter should make 2 standard waffles, drizzle
almond butter and maple syrup and serve.
