Heat oil in pressure cooker. Add chopped onions and saute. Add cabbage and saute and then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry for sometime.
Add tomatoes, toor dhal, 3 cups water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
In a small pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, a few urad dhal, curry leaves, broken red chili, hing. When this splutters add to the cabbage along with grated coconut and mix.
