     Potato Cassarole

Ingredients
2, 1 lb bags of Orneida Hashbrowns
1/2 Cup melted butter
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Sauted Chopped Onion
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1, 16 oz Container of Sour Cream
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
Topping- 2 Cups crushed corn flakes
 
Topping- 1/2 Cup melted butter

Instructions
Mix everything but topping ingredients into a 9x13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
Mix together topping ingredients and put on top after you have baked for 1 hour. Bake another 1/2 hour with topping on it.
