     Red Velvet Cone Cakes

Ingredients
1 cake mix - Red Velvet
Ice Cream cones
Icing-
8 oz. - cream cheese (room temp)
1 stick - butter (room temp)
2 tsp. - vanilla
1 cup - confectioner sugar
 

Instructions
Prepare cake as directed. Fill ice cream cones, allow room to rise.
Place cones in muffin tin for stability. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
While cones are baking prepare icing. Cream together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar.
