Combine mayonnaise, Romano cheese, vinegar, pesto, heavy cream and granulated garlic in a bowl. Add more heavy cream until desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
If you happen to have left overs, this will last a couple of days in the refrigerator. I found that it does get pretty thick when you refrigerate it so I take it out of the fridge about 10 minutes before I want to use it.
Use it on salads and as a dip for veggies or bread.
