     Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto

Ingredients
1 lb fresh asparagus – rinsed, dried and snapped (apx. 1 inch from the bottom)
¼ lb prosciutto
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 410 degrees . . . Place and separate asparagus stems on cookie sheet (lined with foil). Drizzle on olive oil. Wrap 2 to 3 stems with prosciutto. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Bake apx. 10 minutes - until tender. Just before removing from the oven drizzle on balsamic vinegar.
