Combine all vegetables and broth.
|
|
|
|
Cover and simmer until potato is tender, approx. 12 min. Mash mixture with potato masher.
|
|
|
|
Mix corn starch and milk till smooth. Add to veg mixture.
|
|
|
|
Bring to boil, cook while stirring approx 2 min or until thickened. Add cheese, stir till melted.
