Separate 2 eggs, putting each white in separta bowls. (Save yolks for another use). Set aside. Beat oleo and 3/4 cup sugar until crumbly. Add the whole egg, 1 egg white and vanilla. Mix well.

Mix flour and cocoa, add to egg mixture, beat till well blended. Pour into 9 inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar till smooth. Beat in second egg white and drop by rounded Tbls over batter in baking pan.
Cut through batter with knife to swirl.

|
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes or until set and edges pull away from sides of pan.
Cool on wire rack before cutting.
