2 red bell peppers, julienned
|

3 cloves minced garlic
|

3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup reduced fat sour cream

3/4 cup chicken broth
|
| |
3/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions |

|
Cook pasta according to directions on box.
|

Meanwhile, spray skillet, saute red bell peppers,
garlic and cayenne pepper for 3-5 mintues.

Stir in sour cream and broth, simmer for 5 minutes.

|
Remove from heat, add parmesan cheese and toss with
pasta.
