     North Carolina Blueberry Salad

Ingredients
6 oz blackberry or grape Jello (1 large box)
20 oz drained, crushed pineapple
1 can blueberry pie filling (Comstock)
2 cups boiling water
Topping
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
 
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
Blueberry Jello Salad- Dissolve Jello in water. Add pineapple and pie filling. Mix well and congeal (can be refridgerated overnight).
Cream Cheese Topping- Cream sour cream, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla.
Spread Cream Cheese Topping over the congealed Jello salad. Sprinkle nuts on top.
