1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets

1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
|

1 cup parmesan cheese
|

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise (prefer light but can be regular---but will not taste quite as good if you use Mi

2 to 4 teaspoons sugar
|
|
2 to 4 teaspoons of garlic powder
|
|
¼ cup of fresh or dried parsley
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste
|
|

Lemon juice (fresh- just a splash)
|
|

|

Instructions |
|
|
In a large salad bowl, combine the cauliflower,
bacon, cheese, and onion.
|
|
|
Combine the mayonnaise and sugar, salt/pepper,
garlic powder and parsley and lemon juice; spoon
over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat.
|
|
|
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before
serving.
