Brush fillets with lemon juice; sprinkle with salt
and pepper. Dredge fillets in flour.
Arrange on a well-greased broiler pan.; brush with
salad dressing.
Broil about 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 6
minutes, besting with dressing. Turn carefully;
brush with additional dressing. Broil for 4-6
minutes, util flaky.
Serve with sauteed cabbage seasoned with cajun
seasoning.
