Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Cook until golden; turn over.
Add garlic, mushrooms, and onion; and cook until
chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup and milk to
skillet, stirring briskly until well blended. Return
chicken to pan and heat through. Garnish with
chives.
Serve with Roasted New Potatoes.
