     Oven Cooked Brisket

salt
pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
1 bottle Italian dressing
 
Instructions
Fat side up in foil lined pan. Salt and pepper the brisket, pour dressing over and add jalapenos. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300 for 8 hours.
